ORIGIN OF THE DISH: Papri chat is a famous food of India. It was originated mainly in northern India, probably during the reign of MUGHAL EMPEROR SHAHAJAHAN.
INGREDIENTS: PAPRI BHUJIA NUTS CHOPPED BOILED POTATOES CHOPPED ONIONS, TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILLIES CORIANDER LEAVES CURD IMLY CHUTNEY SUGAR AND SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE.
HEALTH BENEFIT OF THE DISH:
NUTS: Good source of fat, fiber, proteins, vitamins & minerals, help in growth and development.
BOILED POTATOES: contain good amounts of fiber, nutrients and antioxidants which keep our digestive system healthy and help to maintain normal blood sugar level. ONIONS: Packed with nutrients, high density of vitamins & minerals, low in calories, thus helps to maintain healthy digestive system, prevents chances of heart attack, and also serves as anti cancer agent.
TOMATO: Contains vitamin B, E, C and K also contain antioxidant lycopene thus helps against heart diseases and cancer.
