Dal mooth chaat is very famous in our region and made instantly. 

Sprouts Chaat is a diet friendly recipe full of healthy proteins, carbs, vitamins and fiber. 

Ingredients Bean sprouts: 1 cup Green Chilli: 1 (finely chopped) Red chilli powder: (to taste) Lemon: 1 (juiced) Kala namak: (Himalayan black salt) 1/2 Tsp Onion: 1 (finely chopped) Coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp (finely chopped) Tomato: 1(finely chopped) 

Method: Step 1 First we take sprouted seeds in a bowl ,than we add finely chopped onion ,tomatoes and green chillies Step 2 Mix red chilli powder, black salt and lemon juice. Mix it well. Garnish the mixture with coriander leaves. Step 3 This is our dal mooth chaat which is ready to serve.
