It is the street food of Bangalore.
I have used onions that are rich in vitamins and minerals and carrot have vitamin A and Vitamin K. Mint and coriander chutney is rich in folic acid that is vitamin B9. I have used sweet chutney or tamarind chutney which is rich in carbohydrates and there is no fats. As we are in a corona world right now and everyone wants to boost their immunity so the ingredients I have used are immunity booster and very heathy for us.
