 ORIGIN:- The sukha bhel is originated from MUMBAI

 Process Of Making Sukha bhel To make sukha chutney for sukha bhel, combine chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leave, roasted chana dal , chopped green chillies, turmeric powder , asafetida and some drops of lemon in a blender and blend everything well without water and keep it aside. To prepare Dry bhel take a large bowl and combine puffed rice , stuffed potato, onions, roasted penuts, roasted chana, raw mangoes , cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, nylon seu / bhujia, at last for garnishing it give some papdi and some drops of lemon along the sukha chutney and mix everything well.
