Chana Moong Chaat is a delectable chaat which can be prepared instantly in just 2-3 minutes. Everybody loves potatoes, and when added with sprouts, it just becomes impossible to resist and is very healthy . If you are craving something chatpata on a chilly winter day, try out this lip smacking chaat. This recipe makes for a great side dish on special occasions like pot luck, kitty parties, picnics as well as an evening snack on a weekend. This light but fulfilling snack can be relished as a quick in between work bite as well. This easy to make recipe requires you to do nothing but mix the ingredients together, and you would have the chaat ready. Bored of the usual papdi chaat, corn chaat??? INGREDIENTS: Potato(boiled) - 2 whole Chana and moong(soaked overnight and boiled) - 1 bowl Onion(diced) - 1 whole Tomato(diced)- 1 whole Green chilies(finely chopped) - 4 whole cucumber- 1 diced Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice- 1 tsp Coriander leaves(chopped)- as per taste Green chutney(coriander leaves + mint leaves + chillies + garlic cloves + half lemon squeezed) Tamarind chutney( tamarind & jaggery) - 2 tbsp Salt- as per taste GARNISHING: Sev(bhujiya)- as per taste Coriander leaves( chopped) - as per taste Chaat masala if required 

 METHOD: To make this spicy chaat, we start with preparing the mixture of the chaat . In a clean bowl add the boiled potatoes cut into small pieces. To this add the boiled chana and moong,diced onion, tomatoes, cucumber,salt, lemon juice , the two varieties of chutneys and chaat masala. Mix all ingredients well. Next in a serving plate put the chatpata mixture . Garnish with coriander leaves, sev and serve.
