SO, THAT IT CAN BE SHAPED. AFTER GIVING THEM A CYLINDRICAL SHAPE, PLACE IT ON THE LETTUCE LEAVES. GARNISH WITH CORRIANDERS AND BOILED PEAS. ADD A HOT WATER POACH ON IT.
