2 LETTUCE LEAVES
BOILED PEAS
WATER POACH
2 CHOP STICKS
Procedure
ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO THE MIXING BOWL ONE AT A TIME.
MIX IT TOGETHER WITH SANTISED HANDS PROPERLY. SO, THAT IT CAN BE SHAPED.
AFTER GIVING THEM A CYLINDRICAL SHAPE, PLACE IT ON THE LETTUCE LEAVES.
GARNISH WITH CORRIANDERS AND BOILED PEAS.
ADD A HOT WATER POACH ON IT.
