Healthy Chat 

Ingredients- 

Sprouted Mung Beans Nutritions -Vitamin K Healing Properties - Reduces risks of chronic disease. 

Black Grams Nutritions - Calcium Healing Properties - Decreases chances of LDL cholesterol level. Peanut Nutritions - Protein Healing Properties -Reduces risks of heart diseases.

Tomato Nutritions -Vitamin K Healing Properties - Reduces risk of cancer. 

Cucumber Nutritions - Vitamin B Healing Properties - Lessens the chances of dehydration.  Pomegranate Nutritions -Vitamin C Healing Properties - Reduces colon cancer cells. 

Carrot Nutritions - Vitamin K-1 Healing Properties-Improves eye health. *Chat Masala & Lemon are rich in Iron and prevent anemia. 

Recipe Step-1 Soak the black grams, peanuts and mung beans in the water for about 18-20hours 

Step-2 Drain the water and tie the mung beans and black grams in a piece is cloth separately for about 10-12 hours and let the peanuts stay as it is. 

Step-3 Chop the tomato, carrot, cucumber & take out the pomegranate seeds. 

Step-4 Take all the sprouts together in a bowl / plate. 

Step-5 Add all the chopped items into the sprouts. 

Step-6 Add some lemon juice in it and add some chat masala too. 

Step-7 Mix them well. 

Step-8 To garnish spread some coriander leaves and green chillies 

Step-9 Now it is ready to serve for breakfast.
