About -
This is a highly nutritious street food which is innovative and crunchy and full of flavour or "MASALEDAR and CHATPATA" as we call it here in India. To add on to the famous Street food of India I made this as an addition to it. This is a very nice and indulging recipe which can easily be made at home. I love to think of the burst of the Fun- filled, Blasting experience of this Crunchy Nut Chaat along with the different flavours.
NUTRITIVE VALUE Almonds Help our heart's stay healthy, are packed with vitamin E and are bone building food. Peanuts reduce risk, both heart diseases and gallstones. Walnuts have a wealth of the good kind of fats. Cashew Nuts are good for energy production, brain health, immunity and bone health Pistachios lower chances for cardiovascular diseases and keeps blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol in check. Nuts help in repairing body cells using antioxidants
INGREDIENTS • Almonds (as per serving) • Peanut (as per serving) • Cashew Nut (as per serving) • Walnut (as per serving) • Pistachios (as per serving) • Chopped onion (to taste) • Chopped Coriander (to taste) • Chopped Tomatoes (to taste) • Olive Oil (1 teaspoon) • Lemon Juice (to taste) • Masala Boondi (4 tablespoon) • Red Chilli Powder (for colour) • Salt (to taste) RECIPE • First put all the nuts in a serving bowl. Halve the almonds, divide the cashews, break the walnuts shell the pistachios and cut the peanuts. • Add the onion, tomato, coriander. • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, red chilli powder, salt.
